Well, that's /exactly/ what's wrong with trailers -- you get all the
problems of maintaining a house without the equity and resale value.
I'm not knocking the people who live in them -- I've known some very cool
people living in ratty trailers in ugly parks. I've just grown up seeing
them as bad investments.
