oi William!! btw.....i'd find out which neighbour did it.....and i'm sure they have an idea...ppl that are assholes tend to be assholes all the time.... anyway, i'd take my little spray container one nite fill it up with "round-up" (the grass killin stuff) and write things in her/her lawn :)
