People should know better than to get high or drunk and cruise around in a car.... IF you want to smoke a J and have a beer at home, then more power to you, but when you put other people's lives in jeapordy by your own stupid actions, they should pay for it. In my opinon they should get much worse penalties than they currently do for these types of actions. Regardless of even DUI....the lady killed someone and then left him to die. I agree with John Stanley...Off with her HEAD!!! No Mercy cause she didn't give him any.

He was a quadriplegic died a slow miserable death after a few months. My father tells me stories of how he had to use a mirror over his nose sometime just to see if he was alive and breathing. >From what I read other day its 1 hour for 1 wine, 1 shot or 1 beer to get through your system. So if you have 5 drinks you need 5 hours before you drive, etc. NOW if you do that you're fine but drinking and driving just doesn't pay. I mean its a little thing and people probably think they can drive but 1 screw up and you're toast and you kill someone, or you get arrested. That's normally a felony in most states and even if its just misdemeanor its still on your record nobody wants to see that. And yea I wouldn't feed her to the lions for being on drugs and hitting someone but letting them bleed to death for a day or so that's not right.
