Because, I can't honestly say how I'd react if I had never been in
that kind of situation. If she was high, she was faced with definite
prison time...it doesn't matter what the circumstances were. Self
preservation kicks in...the rest of her life is ruined, and even if
she does live through her prison term and get out before she is
senile, she has to get a job at mcdonalds and live off welfare.

Faced with that kind of decision, in the same situation, I can't say I
wouldn't do the same, because when it comes down to it, I'm a selfish
bastard.
