Bear in mind that I am fishing around in memories that are like twenty 
years old when I say stuff like this. Not that I paid much attention to 
this sort of thing when I was there; I was a teenager and all I knew was 
Radio Caroline :)

But ok, it sounds sort of like public broadcasting. I also didnt know that 
was where the money for that license went :) Avoiding it was a great 
pastime in Finsbury Park when I was there :)

But hmm, over hear they are having some sort of committee meeting behind 
closed doors, and I don't think they plan to produce a report. So the Brits 
may be somewhat more open on this one.

Also, that was a serious question, does Labour have a majority at the 
moment? Do they have that tradition in Britain of the vote of no confidence 
that they have in Canada?
