Welcome! Your laws seem to be changing to match those of Florida and California. Our legal limit has been .08 since the mid 80s or so, and our smoking ban went into effect today. No smoking in restaurants, pubs that serve food, bowling alleys, etc. If they serve food, you can't light up. However, you can still smoke in "stand-alone" bars, which have no food (this would include nightclubs and such).
I love it, since I am in week two of Great Attempt 2003 to stop the nasty habit. I feel stronger this time than any other, and I have completely stopped smoking at work! So far I have gone from a pack a day to a smoke a day (1).
