Actually, no. They are not specifically stating that my restaurant cannot operate 
between those hours. They are saying that a product that I provide to whomever wants 
it in my establishment may not be sold outside of the hours that have been legislated 
in my area. This does not apply only to restaurants, but to any business that sells 
alcohol. Alcohol sales are ALREADY regulated in the community, therefore I do have to 
abide by those regulations. I am not being asked to single out a population of my 
total clientele. Without the smoking ban, anyone who wishes to may come into my 
restaurant and, provided that they are within the designated area, light up. NO ONE 
may walk in while restrictions on the sale of alcohol are in effect and order a beer.
