Only saw it once in theater last Dec., so not fresh in mind,
but some comments based on that:

I thought it was a rip-off or rehash of several recent ST movies.
Especially "Insurrection".

(BTW, unlike most people I *loved* Insurrection, esp. the relationship
between Picard and Anij.)

IMHO the "Nemesis" weapon was a rip-off of the "Insurrection" collector,
the Remus creature faces a rip-off of the Son'aa.

I am particularly enjoying seeing how they evolved towards the Prime
Directive. Also the interplay between Archer and T'Pol reminiscent of
the close relationship between Kirk and Spock, but with added overtones
of sexual tension. I think Phlox is wonderful. Could lose the helmsman
in a heartbeat, though - except for the episode where he went "home".

Main criticism - Picard in the "Humvee" scene.
What I liked about ST:TNG vs. ST:TOS - Kirk acted like the captain of a
small patrol boat, charging off to take risks and find action. Picard
more properly acted like the captain of an aircraft carrier, an executive
responsible for a huge vessel and large crew. But not in "Nemesis".

Will see if I have more comments after watching it again.
