We have an option to hook it up to a UK bank, but it has not gone through yet. I also know we can have 2 different accounts from 2 different countries. US & UK.
This is an INTERNATIONAL account, not a UK account or a US account. When you go to sign-up ... There's a link for non-us accounts and it then asks you what country you are coming from. I've still no idea about the canada thing ... But you may want to email paypal with questions of this sort, just to clarify.
