"Ontario's Superior Court said Ottawa's access regulations to medical
marijuana were unconstitutional because they don't provide a
distribution method for the drug."

Superior Court is like Supreme Court here? Is there a constitutional
right to distribution in the Canadian constitution?

What I want to know is, Can they smoke it in restaurants? :)
