Actually I would like to some technology designed to stop people from posting the meaning of life to the Net. ;^) What we really need is cartoon technology... whenever you violate a copyright a small box to the left of the monitor would open up an a pudgy, three-fingered, white-gloved hand would slap you in the face. After which it would shake it's index finger at you angrily. If you did it again then another small box would open to right of the monitor and an extendable arm topped with an oversized red boxing glove would spring forth and bop you hard in the nose. This would be immediately followed by another, angrier finger shake from the left. The third (and final) time would result in the deployment of a one-ton, trapezoidal weight from above. The two (ignored) mechanical arms would shrug then the room would fade to black.
