You still have to fill out the "yellow sheet" to purchase a rifle in a
store.   This is a federal document.  Could still be used for tracking, they
just don't have to turn them in right now.  Now many states still have
private sale, which means you fill out nothng at all.  That's really where I
think it should be.  But hey, most people around here think I am nuts right?
