Depends on the type of game. A shooter sucks on consoles (yes, even Halo) compared to on a PC. Same with an RTS like Warcraft. But other games play better on the consoles. Drivers, Fighters, Platformers, etc. Word is that Vice City will be coming to Xbox and may feature Live! Support. -Kevin > -----Original Message----- > From: Nagy, Daniel J [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, July 16, 2003 11:02 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Knights of the old republic in stores. > > > ugh. console co-op sucks. > > give me a lan and two machines. > > -----Original Message----- > From: Angel Stewart [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Wednesday, July 16, 2003 12:02 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Knights of the old republic in stores. > > > Waaayyy too long to wait for it ^_^ > > I'll probably buy both versions. > > But neither will feature Co-Operative play. > > I just think, that it should be standard now for games to > allow at least two people to play through the 'single' player > campaign. > :) > Especially if you will have more than one person in your > party anyway. > And with KOTOR...I don't think it would have been that hard to add in. > > Split the screen vertically or horizontally. > But I suppose Frame rate was the biggest issue, since they > said that even with only having one player/screen to > concentrate on the framerate bogs down. > > -Gel > > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > PC version due on Nov. 15th... > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=5 Signup for the Fusion Authority news alert and keep up with the latest news in ColdFusion and related topics. http://www.fusionauthority.com/signup.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
