Bill; This does kind of beg the question, what is your friend trying to put online? I mean, the resources for doing this would be immense, and require top-notch bandwidth on the part of the user and the host.
Is it possible that your friend's project can be optimized in some way? I mean, the largest Flash files I have are about 200 MB, and those are games with sophisticated graphics.
