Not sure where you work, but teasing has been pretty normal fare wherever I have worked. I mean the military was really bad about it, and here it's still pretty common. I mean I have even had guys do the school yard "lets take it outside" thing. Pretty funny really. I know my friends and I give each other a very hard time.

I read something about teasing once that was very interesting. We all kind of assume it's "normal" for high school to be a living hell if you aren't one of the in kids. Yet at the same time, that kind of teasing simply doesn't take place in the work world, or is at least not accepted. Anyway the point was - if it's not acceptible in the 'real' world, then why isn't it cracked down more in high school? I'm just kinda brining this up to see what others think.
