I think 2 is by far the most fecthing design. 1 and 3 both look somewhat aged in that they resemble the color scheme / layouts of the old Allair site. The color combinations on 2 are more distinctive. Also, I have trouble seeing your logo on site 3.
That said, these are basically the same design recolored. If people don't like the green, change it to another color, but not allaire's that pale blue.
