Lessee,

he takes a one month vacation every year, the most vacation taken by a president since
Richard Nixon.

"Last year Bush went on vacation in the middle of a worldide alert for potential
terrorist activity against American interests. Then, while on his vacation, he was
warned about imminent attacks in the United States, including the possibility of
airliner hijackings, and he did nothing. Of course, a little more than a week after he
came back from his vacation, we suffered the worst attack on US soil in almost two
hundred years.

Now we are seeing one of the worst meltdowns of the stock market in its history, and
Bush once again wanders off to Crawford.

Considering what happened the last time he went on vacation, maybe we should all get
out of town. "

So why should this year be different from previous years?
