Spampal was recommended here a while back and I've now had it installed for a week, and I couldn't do without it already. It's small, but packed full of features. Optionally checks any RBL's you want and has tons of cool plugins, one of the best adds regex filtering to any client. I've already slowly started dismantling my arsenal of custom filters in favor of Spampal.
