Dharmesh and Brian,

Antonio Russo of Webguns ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) has a fairly nice call
center tracker app in ColdFusion. It works with CF4 and above and should
work with MX without any problems (I have not tested it yet however).

Antonio has a demo at http://www.webguns.net/calltracker/,

You can download the free, encrypted version at
http://www.webguns.net/calltracker/CallTracker_encrypted.zip.

The encrypted version is free while the unencrypted version is $9.95. He
has a paypal link on the demo location.

We use it for one project and it works pretty well. Its fairly simple too.

regards,

larry
