I agree with Dana.

However the original ornate Font was also lost somewhat in the
background.  Perhaps try a complimentary color for it, or maybe drop
shadow that?  Just something to make it "pop".

Also I lost the first exclamation point totally.  I'd lose it altogether
personally.
