I am wondering if everyone who signed up to donate parts to Michael's machine has received a notification on where to send it. I sent correspondence over two weeks ago to everyone who asked to participate, and would like some form of acknowledgement as to people's intentions.
To date, I have received parts from Larry Lyons and Matthew Small, but nothing else has arrived. I have received correspondence from Bill Wheatley telling me parts are on the way. But that's it (of course, if I missed someone, please let me know). No shame in saying something is too rich for your blood, times are tough. If there is going to be a large back out on this project, I would like to know. I have seen some bare-bones systems that could be enhanced cheaply to make them more than adequate, and I believe we may have enough people interested in donating cash to handle the purchase and shipping.
