Michael,
Pleasure hearing from you. My first thought was I may be embarrased to
show off my CF skills to you! I didn't expect to hear from a name like
this :) First - great list.

Second - How could I say no? Where in NY are you located? I am quite
familair with New York State and NYC. To get the location thing out of
the way - It's not like I need meetings and stuff - as I know 3 hours of
traveling - or 3 hours of programming - which is more profitable for any
developer.. it's just that I have had both great success and failed
success working with some flash guys to far away. I find when close
enough to drive, helps build a relationship. More importantly, is being
available during business hours.

With that said, I am first a designer, second a programmer. I have
managed to program quite a few commerce sites myself, I use coldfusion
to seriously enhance and help with rapidly developing sites but have
been very very booked. I personally am sitting on 3 new commerce sites,
4 new re-designs and a full schedule of offline print design projects,
ad design projects and even trade show booth designs.

I am looking for someone to help pick up slack, build a relationship
with - and act as if they worked for my company.

The level of programming I need is not enterprise level - high secure in
depth stuff... It's the zen type less is more approach to help develop a
commerce site, modifying existing ones, some code optimization, new
logic components ( ie. simple pieces installed in existing commerce sites).

Additionally - I am in discussion with some more complicated database
projects - Simple in a way, but detailed. Involves detailed product and
technical information for a manufacturer distributor - Basically heavy
SQL. Another client, getting away from 2 years poor experience with Able
commerce shopping cart, looking for me to build a new system, integrated
into Great Plains backoffice. (One of my clients installed the
backoffice and most of the actual final integration will fall under his
duty/budget)

I don't want to get you all hyped up that I am working on all mamoth
high budget projects... but alot of this work is from solid repeat
customers in my niche clientelle, some new clients etc.

Who am I? So as not to keep a smoke screen up - I am a one man shop.
Open now 7 years. Had a nice office, but now work out of the house so I
can spend as much time with my daughter and future son. I just didn't
want to have any false impression. I haven't put shoes on in a while :)

After all that, simply put... I believe I have mroe than enough work to
share and have some help. Get it done faster, better, quicken the
project pace therefore "pay" pace.

After that rambling... let me know if your interested in finding some
more details. Keep in mind, since I literally have 20+ projects on my
plate which I am working on, to ignore any fragmented sounding thoughts.
It will take a few conversations, pinpoint which project is a good fit
for a starting and tryout point etc... But my goal is to establish a
relationship - as I do not want to have to continually find and re-learn
a new person everytime I need assistance.

My office number is 732-864-9788. Tomorrow is a hectic day... first day
in a long time I have to leave office early for a client meeting.
But if you have a few minutes and want to give a ring, or call on friday
so we can have a brief conversation and I can make a little more sense
of this rambling mess above for you :)

Thanks for responding,
Jason Miller
