He's not American, and I am not sure where email.com is located physically,
but Angel uses it from outside the country, so therefore not a domestic
concern (FBI isn't SUPPOSED to operate outside the U.S.)

Also simply because that's what they record for an IP doesn't mean it's
actually the originating source.
