Speaking of theme parks and good food, we had two excellent meals at Walt Disney World's Epcot -
at Le Chefs de France, run by Paul Bocuse and Roger Verge, and at Alfredo di Roma, branch of the Rome restaurant which invented Fettucine Alfredo.
