Well, I don't know about that. I do know the the news in Switzerland is reporting that independent Swiss researchers believe they have found the 'smoking gun'. They believe they have tracked down a facility for making bombs with Zirconia - the same stuff they sell on QVC prior to being pressure cooked and cubicized.
Iraq reported to having this capability in 95, and supposedly dismantled their facilities, but large stores of the product are still intact. What they were actually being used for is anyone's guess. Zirconium has a wide array of industrial applications, some of which have to do with the refinement of oil. There are a lot of articles like this in the news right now in Europe, I am curious why they are not being reported over here...
