REALLY!!

Well...what you should do is come over to Trinidad for a week and sample
the local flavours so you'd have some way to compare...
;-)

Failing that...hee hee hee...

It's hard to tell. 

'Trinidad' Flavors run from spicy Indian cuisine, to 'blue
food'..eddoes...yam...dasheen...Coo Coo...callaloo and dumpling...Crab
and dumpling...a good fish broth...you name it. You might also get
Roti!! (Yumm wumm...I know what I'm having for lunch!)Which would be
quite a treat. 

Let me know what they sell!
And..more importantly..find out who runs the place. Alaska is a
LOOOOOONG way for a Trini to be...not to mention it's damned cold!
It would be very interesting to find out how they ended up there.
