Many telescope manufacturers make bayonet style mounts that can be attached
to their higher end telescopes, however, you can also find them that accept
screw type mounts that may be able to fit on your digital camera.

All digital cameras are different, so you will need to check your mfg and
model to determine what is available. I know Nikon made a line of fisheye
lenses that could be attached to their point and shoot digital cameras.

You could also get a digital SLR. You can get new ones for as low as 1700
now, and you can probably find used ones for as low as 800 if you look hard
enough.
