Kevin, There was some problem in the morning while Michael was asleep, with the virus flooding the mail server and the service that scans the mail to send it out being overloaded. Michael has since fixed it and mail is being processed instantly, so any delay is in the mail getting to the server (which we have been seeing) or getting from the server to an individual.
Michael right now is dancing for joy as he's found very specific patterns in the virus spam headers and can block it with 100% success every time without having to download the entire message. This is already in our anti-spam product.
