I certainly disagree w/ the MPAA and the RIAA attacks on P2P software simply because they _happen_ to be used for stealing, but these guys are actually advocating stealing content. Can anyone really say these are the good guys? Let me make sure I understand - the MPAA stupidly doesn't embrace new media therefore lets rip them off?
Can anyone here say that what this group is doing is right? ======================================================================== === Raymond Camden, ColdFusion Jedi Master for Mindseye, Inc (www.mindseye.com) Member of Team Macromedia (http://www.macromedia.com/go/teammacromedia) Email : [EMAIL PROTECTED] Blog : www.camdenfamily.com/morpheus/blog Yahoo IM : morpheus "My ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is." - Yoda > -----Original Message----- > From: jon hall [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2003 11:38 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: p2p to mpaa: resistance is futile > > > Apparently a Palestinian p2p company has declared war on the MPAA. > There are a ton of tasteless jokes here...but even I won't go there. > The quote at the end is really quite humorous though :) > http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=SVBIZINK2.story&STORY= /www/story/08-19-2003/0002003023&EDATE=TUE+Aug+19+2003,+06:14+AM ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm?link=t:5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm?link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com
