I don't think any of the offices I've worked in would have tried to claim it was pornographic or the like ... in spite of that fact, I could imagine some people being so disgusted by it that they would become immediately prejudiced against the employee who had it on their monitor, and if not fire them, at least make their work-lives hell in response.
