Hi - I have a friend in Washington DC who lives in a flat with only trash service, doesn't own a car, is nowhere close to a recycling center (or knows if there is one closeby), and has way too many recyclables to cart on the train. So, has anyone heard of a recycling pick-up or shipment service or a locator for recycling center in the DC Metro area? He'd like to avoid just dumping everything in the bin if he can.
