IIS 6.0 supports centralized binary logging (which is not plain text). This has the benefit of logging all servers to a single, shared log file and has far less overhead than standard logging. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a log analyzer that supports reading this format.

I don't think you can. And what do you mean by a binary file? The log files
I've seen are all text.
If you want to be able to process logs for multiple servers as one report,
then you probably need a munching/reporting tool that handles multiple logs.
We use WebTrends. Great stats, but it's not cheap and can be finicky.
