<![CDATA[There's that ONE GUY - what's his name. He looks like a football
player, dark hair, good looking - he works for the Weather Channel, and
they've always got him out in the most godforsaken weather. He seems
ubiquitous when stuff like this goes down. If the Potomac floods,
they'll have him in hip waders or a kayak at the Washington Monument,
guaranteed.
