Wire framing is a big part of FLIP, so there are several on the fusebox site.  It's been a while, but I think the NAWT(not another wireframe tool) was pretty good.

Subject: Free wireframing tools

Hi. I'd like to map out how a site is currently set up (the flow of it), and I thought I'd do so using a wireframing tool. Do you know of one that's free?

Is a wireframing tool what I need?

Judith
