drugging a populace has its problems.
What we need to do is find a chemical that increases empathy in a human being,
breed a virus that will produce the chemical in humans and let it loose to
affect EVERYONE. A global increase in empathy might just work where a
happy-happy drug would fail. You want people to WANT to be nice to each other.
