What!??

Just one seed???

And the dog died?

whooaaa...I never heard these were that dangerous!

You sure it was just one little seed? And the dog didn't go wild and eat
like four or five or more?

Just a note for people with puppies and adult dogs.

If you happen to have a sago plant that is female which produces big
bright
orange seeds they are highly poisonous, fatal if eaten. We have theses
palms
and found out about this the hard way.

We bought our daughter her first puppy, a toy pompo. "too cute" and
she
happened to find a fresh seed that had been smashed open and eat the
entire
fleshy center of the seed. We found her dead the next morning.

Just an alert for those of you that may not know this, we didn't! Now
we do.
