I took a web-based test like this once.  The questions were along the
lines of "How many attributes are there for the cffile tag?"  The test had
very little basis in reality.  In what development situation would I have
to know the number of attributes in the cffile tag?

It aggravated me that this was how they would be "judging me" against all
others.  In retrospect, I think I was too honest (and should have opened a
book)
