Actually, IIRC, it varies from state to state. In one state I lived in, both
parties needed to be aware that the call was being recorded. In another
state, only one party needed to know. The only thing that wasn't allowed
without a warrant was neither party knowing the call was being recorded.
So I guess besides finding the proper software, it might be adviseable to
check your local laws.
