agreement that will allow Infinium Labs to market Riverdeep's extensive
catalog of award-winning video games and edutainment software on the
Phantom Game System. The titles will be available to subscribers of the
PhantomNet -VPGN (Virtual Private Game Network) services on both a
pay-per-play and pay-to-own basis.
