If we get some last minute sponsors then we'll be able to do it. Getting the library together takes 3 weeks, a good room is important but we can deal with that and speakers are really less of a problem than you'd think. Total cost is somewhere over 4k for everything so 2 sponsors of 2k a piece would do it or one who wants everyone to really know who they are.
If things change (lottery, etc.) we'll go but as things stand now...
