It's the Eric A. Meyer CSS Triple Threat! I'm reading another CSS book right
now that I was hoping would provide some different perspectives and
approaches to using CSS. Different people work differently and all that,
right? But it's not that good.

It's _Designing CSS Web Pages_ by Christopher Schmitt. I get the impression
that he knows his stuff, but for the most part the book will briefly
introduce a concept and then give you URLs to other sites to learn more.
WTF? I bought the damn book to learn more, not to learn I should have gone
to a web site instead.

Still, in a (very short) section on print stylesheets, he had a suggestion
for using the ":after" pseudo-element and the "content" attribute in an
interesting way. Here's a snippet of code to try in your print stylesheet:

a:after {content: " (" attr(href) ") ";}

Unfortunately, it doesn't work in IE at all.
