As for their living conditions, they live in the refuge camps because their Arab brothers will not take them in. Israel has taken in every Jew expelled from all of the Arab countries yet no Arab country has taken in a single Palestinian. They even have laws against them based on them being palestinian (such as in Lebanon).
There are Israeli Arabs who not only vote but have members in the government in Israel. Name me a single Arab country with a Jew in its government. Oh, I forgot, Israel is the only democracy in the middle east. Or at least the only one with real elections (Assad won with 100% I believe in his last vote).
