Mel Gibson's "THE PASSION"

I saw a trailer of this movie and it's got me all excited about it.  The Jesus movies I've seen sucked because they don't seem very human.  I hope this movie isn't off the top dramatic, and sheds and really shows the human part of Jesus.  Like I want to see him moving about and struggling when he gets whipped and thrashed because it hurts.  Not that I enjoy that kind of stuff, but that's what I think he would have done, or anyone would have done.  And i cant really tell alot from the previews, but I really hope he looks more semitic than caucasian.  Yes i know there are quite a few semitics that look caucasian, but just this one time please! :)
