I don't go to any lengths, per se, I just treat everyone as I would want to be treated, and that pretty much covers it.

I remember one time me and a couple of co-workers (who were Indian) just had lunch and went back to work.  On the way back we ran into our boss, who greeted us and said "hey guys, I don't mean to be racist or anything, but do you know where a good Indian restaurant is?"

I could barely contain my laughter, cos i was picturing all of us saying "That's ok boss we're in the KKK too".  It was just hilarious why would he have to point out that he's not a racist.  Maybe he didn't wanna get hit by a lawsuit.  Maybe one of the cultural sensitivity classes he attended was wack.

What great lengths do you guys go to, if any, to make sure you're "culturally sensitive"?
