Olbas, is a natural oil (methol.Euculiptus (forgive the spelling)),
basically people use it in baths/saunas to clear the head, i think you'll
find it a big help. Just add a couple of drops to a bath and see what you
think. Should find it in any chemist
I'll have a look in some books tonight and come back to you on any other
remedies I find.
