I had one experience like this that was a bit more pronounced: a quarter
inch shard of glass in a Steak and cheese sub - went right through my
tongue. The sub was delivery so there was very little in the way of
"proof" that it came from them. In any case I probably wouldn't have
sued anyway. I guess I'm just not litigious.
