organizations might help a child abroad (philippines in this particular
instance) come to the US for surgery and/or post-surgical care? I know I
see the Egyptian twins and cases like that, are all of those just a case os
someone sitting down and making a bunch of phone calls? Or is there an
organization that already has the details in place?
This particular child is not in a life-threatening situation but would
greatly benefit from care that is available in the US and not in the
Philippines. I would appreciate information that applies to emergencies
only also however, as given my email I am sure the question will arise
again on an emergency basis.
