Not unless they're incredibly bright, but the sun's down by 6pm these
days, so you should be able to catch the last vestiges of them if
they're still out.  You're only a couple of hours north of me in Madison
WI, so if it's as cloudy up there as it is here in Chicagoland, we'll
both miss out.
