advice?
I'm having trouble trying to figure out the easiest way for a user to
enter an on-call schedule for doctors. Here is what I have, but it
doesn't seem user friendly or logical.

Basically, the schedulers are admin assistants. The on-call day is from
8am-8am, but it may change and a Doctor A could be on from 8am- 8pm and
Doctor B would come on from 8pm-? Or one doctor might be on-call for 4
months straight.
Right now, they are using MS Publisher calendars.
Any insight is appreciated!!!
