hrm then go in and edit it and is there a link that lets you say before
# X and after # Y.


I solved the problem when i needed it last time but i can't remember off
hand when i get home i'll check mine and see what it givesme

There should be a UP/DOWN arrow on the access list that you can move it
up or down and the things higher on the list are processed before things
lower down the list.
